Requirements

This application is for individuals who qualify, have held, or currently hold a regular state of Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate. There is no continuing education required to maintain the validity of this certificate.

  • Hold, have held or qualify for a regular state of Washington ESA Certificate for the role desired
  • Submission of fingerprints for a background check is required, if a valid certificate is not already on record
