Inclement Weather Information 

If the OSPI building is closed, it will be announced on KGY 1240 AM or MIXX 96.1 FM. If the building is open, OSPI employees should follow the inclement weather policies established by their department/supervisor. Please review OSPI’s inclement weather guidelines for details on how employees should be compensated for any time lost.

Emergency Notification Procedure 

  1. The Communications Director (Nate) and the Agency Support Manager (Dodie).
  2. Nate calls local radio/TV stations.
  3. Dodie distributes an e-mail announcement to all employees.
  4. All-agency phone tree begins.
