Health & Physical Education Assessments

Many OSPI-developed Health and Physical Education assessments are being revised and aligned to our current Health and Physical Education K-12 Learning Standards.

OSPI plans to release new Concepts of Physical Education assessment (ELM, MS, and HS) this July 2021.

Schools/districts can still request access to the older versions by contacting our office:  Taylor Allen or Ken Turner.
