It is the intent of the state to promote open competition and transparency for all contracts for goods and services. All businesses, independent consultants, and other organizations are encouraged to compete for contractual opportunities with OSPI. Learn more about how to work with the state.

It is the responsibility of prospective Consultants to monitor this website for updates and newly released procurements. Additionally, potential Consultants are encouraged to register with Washington's Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) to receive automatic notifications regarding OSPI's contracting opportunities. WEBS is free to use. For more information about WEBS, refer to the Department of Enterprise Services website.

Forecasted Needs Report
