Educational Service Districts (ESDs) and Local Education Agencies (LEAs) overseeing Juvenile Rehabilitation (JR) schools or community facility schools are eligible to receive Title I, Part D Subpart 1 funding. Each Title I, D grant recipient must complete a series of reports and other documentation for OSPI to track federal spending and program outcomes.
