Title II, Part A

Training Proposal

Do you have a professional development idea that would help improve your school? Would you and your staff members like to earn clock hours? If so, please fill out the Clock Hour Training Proposal Form.
This form must be submitted and approved prior to any trainings starting.

Once the form has been filled out completely, please submit the request to:

If the Clock Hour Training Proposal is approved by our department, the instructor will receive an email instructing that trainings can proceed for clock hours. The email will also have an attached sign-in sheet for all of your training days. Each participant must sign-in for each of the trainings they attend.

When the professional development training concludes, please return the sign-in sheet to our department. After our department receives the returned sign-in sheet, we will forward an evaluation link to the instructor to disseminate to all training attendees. It will be the instructor’s responsibility to disseminate the link to all of the training attendees. Training attendees will need to complete this link to receive their clock hour certificate.

If you have questions about the clock hour procedure, please contact Pat Smithson at 360-725-6360.
