The S-275 reporting process is an electronic personnel reporting process which provides a record of certificated and classified employees of the school districts and educational service districts of the state of Washington.

Requirements for these data are either mandated by state law for administrative and legislative use, or are requested by the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction because they are necessary in preparation of reports for the federal government and for other organizations.
