Rural Education Achievement Program

Title VI Rural Education Achievement Program (REAP)
iGrants Process

  • Log on to iGrants - http://igrants.ospi.k12.wa.us/docs/default.html
  • Select each Title Program you will be REAP-Flexing.
  • Select the budget tab
  • Select Create a new Budget
  • Specify for REAP Purposes
  • Fill out budgets for each REAP Title program. After completing the budget, check all other tabs in that row as complete in order to trick the system that the entire process has been completed. note: completing the application for each Title program is not required.
  • Select the Step 4 Parts tab of the Title program/s you are flexing
  • your funds from other programs into. Fill out the first field describing what activities you propose to support with these resources.
  • Save as complete and finalize the process for that Title program.
  • Return to the menu of programs by clicking the Selections Tab and select Title VI -REAP
  • Review and Complete Steps in lower tabs.
  • In Step 4-(Parts Tab)-Reap Application-Answer all questions- note: Question 3 (check the appropriate Title/s you are transferring funds to and explain how these funds will be used).
  • Complete Process and Finalize. (make sure each tab is checked completed and saved to be able to finalize)
  • Select Required Tab-(Upper Tabs)
  • Select –Transfers Tab
  • Select REAP Flexibility Tab - indicate from where and how much is being transferred.

The transferred funds will continue to appear in their original respective Title Budgets. For example, even though may be flexing your Title IIa funds to Title V, your allocation will still reside in Title IIa and will be drawn down from your Title IIa budget. Further, the expenditures will be reported on your SEFA as Title IIa.
