REAP Flexibility, a component of the
Small, Rural
School Achievement Program, provides eligible school districts with greater flexibility in using the formula grant funds they receive under certain state-administered federal programs.
Unlike the SRSAP Grant, REAP Flexibility is not a grant and does not provide school districts with funding. Rather, it gives districts greater latitude in spending funds.
