What is RSS?: RSS
(Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for sharing and
distributing Web content, such as news headlines, bulletins, and announcements. Using an RSS
reader, you will receive updated information from OSPI as it becomes available. For a basic tutorial,

RSS Readers: RSS
readers, such as the one built into Office Outlook 2007, allow you
to subscribe to RSS Feeds and then read content or follow links for
