- The candidate must have substantially completed requirements for the Initial CTE certificate and submit the verification of enrollment Form (4075E-1 or 4075G-1) verifying they have enrolled in a CTE program
- The candidate and CTE administrator must have a jointly developed Professional Growth Plan (PGP) which has been approved by the local school district CTE program advisory committee
- The applicant must be recommended by the employing school district
This certificate is valid for two years and may be renewed for an additional two years.
