HOUSSE Plan of Assistance

HOUSSE Plan of Assistance—Teachers on the HOUSSE Plan of Assistance can no longer be counted as highly qualified. As a result of a recent review of Title II Part A by the Department of Education, OSPI has been directed to discontinue use of the HOUSSE Plan of Assistance beginning with the 2008-09 school year.
