Guidelines on Comparability Requirements
District comparability reports are required to be submitted to the Office of
Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) by October 31 of each year. All
districts are required to complete the Comparability Report Grade Span Summary,
which accounts for all buildings in the district based on the October 1st
building enrollment information (Section 1120A(c) of the No Child Left Behind
(NCLB) Act of 2001.)
