Required Compliance and Inspection List for School Facilities
The following list identifies areas where Maintenance and Operation’s Departments must inspect or have inspections done in order to comply with Federal, State, County or Local agencies.
The list is by no means considered definitive. It was compiled through a survey of the members of the Washington Association of Maintenance and Operation’s Administrators (WAMOA) statewide. There are many commonalities among the districts but also many variables. The list will contain the most common responses.
