Guidance for Feeding Children During School Closures
LEAs must submit their waiver/agreement (plan) to OSPI AND be approved prior to operating under the summer feeding programs during a school dismissal/closure to a H1N1 influenza virus declared public health emergency as outlined in Section 319 of the Public Health Service Act.
