Graduation Equity District Survey

The goal of graduation is not just the result of high school education, but is the culmination of education and supports provided by schools beginning in early learning. This survey seeks to better understand these district wide systems that support students, on track to graduation, as they progress toward the achievement of a high school diploma.

The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction and the Governor's Results Washington Initiative appreciates your continued participation in this annual survey.

This survey encompasses:

  • Goals and Leadership
  • Key Challenges
  • Early Warning Systems
  • Multi-Tiered System of Supports
  • District System Capacity
  • Engagement of Students, Parents, and Communities
  • District Feedback

Results from this survey will be used to measure statewide capacity, as well as highlight practices and identify common challenges and needs that can be supported through policy, funding, resources, tools, data and technical assistance.
