When Struggling Readers Thrive, Dreams Come True

This conference brings together international and nationally-known experts (e.g. Richard Allington, Regie Routman) in teaching reading and writing to young children to share research, proven strategies, and cutting-edge innovations at the classroom, school, and system-level. Sessions include practical application at the classroom level, school-team and PLC-guidance to support students with differentiated skills, guidance and support to meet the needs of Washington schools, and more.

2016 Superintendent's High School Art Show Reception and Awards Ceremony

The Superintendent's High School Art Show is an annual event co-hosted by OSPI and the Washington Art Education Association (WAEA). High school students from all nine of the state's educational service districts (ESDs) participate in this artistic celebration each year. The finalists from these regional ESD shows are invited to participate in the Superintendent's High School Art Show.
