Get Tech Support for Your Videoconference
Every step in the escalation process runs according to strict time limits.
- If your district has an Institutional Technical Unit that provides video support, contact ITU staff.
- If your district doesn’t have an ITU, contact your Regional Institutional Technical Support Unit — RITU.
- If the problem is district wide, RITU staff escalate the problem to KOCO (K-20 Operations Cooperative).
Get Tech Support for Data/Internet Connectivity Problems
- If your district has an Institutional Technical Unit contact ITU staff.
- If your district doesn’t have an ITU, contact your Regional Institutional Technical Support Unit — RITU.
- If the problem is district wide, RITU staff escalate the problem to KOCO (K-20 Operations Cooperative).
If the DITU/RITU team is unable to solve the problem, they escalate the problem to the Advanced Technical Services (ATS) group. In turn, if the problem persists, the ATS technicians hand it over to the K-20 Engineering Services staff, housed at the University of Washington.
