Qwest Foundation Teachers & Technology Grant Program

The Qwest Foundation funds a competitive grant program designed to recognize Washington state K-12 educators who are creative technology integrators - $10,000 to each of nine teachers or teacher teams. The program is open to public school teachers and teacher-librarians, certified by Washington state, who teach in a district that falls within or overlaps a Qwest local service area.

This map helps to clarify the location of eligible districts. It’s produced by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, which regulates telephone companies. You can see the Qwest service areas marked in yellow.
