Enhanced Peer Coaching Evaluation Reports

Carrie Liston and Vicky Ragan, with Evaluation & Research Associates, are leading a multi-year evaluation of the Enhanced Peer Coaching Program (EPC). They use a mixed-method approach to evaluate the program ― its operation and implementation, the usefulness of the training sessions, the extent to which our grant recipients use the program’s financial and human resources and what happens when peer coaches return to the classroom. This comprehensive, ongoing evaluation informs our program strategy, and captures the impact peer coaching has on teaching and learning in Washington state.
