E-Rate Program

E-Rate 2009-2011
OSPI applies for E-rate discounts on behalf of all K-12 schools connected to the K-20 network. You must complete and return Form 479 to ensure that your district is eligible for the E-rate discount on K-20 network ISP (Internet Service Provider) fees.

Compliance with the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) is mandatory if your district to take advantage of the E-rate discount ― Form 479 certifies CIPA compliance. As well, compliance makes it possible to receive other federal technology grants, such as Title II, Part D (EETT).
