(B&MGF), OSPI has teamed up with Learning Forward Washington, the Association of Educational Service Districts, and other partners to facilitate the project. The grant period runs through October 2016.
The WA-TPL project focuses on enhancing capacity for standards-based professional learning. School district teams are combining efforts to build and support comprehensive professional learning systems.

WA-TPL is a roadmap for careful visioning, planning, and implementation of district-wide efforts to systematically identify and replicate the most successful teaching practices across a school district.

Update! During the WA-TPL Project Extension, 11/1/16 through 6/30/17, the work continues with 12 districts using unexpended funds from the original budget. Goals and activities relate to enhancing local and regional capacity, strengthening practices, procedures, and/or policies that sustain the work, and synthesizing lessons learned.
