An Emergency Teacher Certificate enables an educator to be assigned to a classroom for up to one school year.
NOTE: An Emergency Teacher Certificate issued with a Special Education endorsement may be renewed once for one school year upon verification by the college/university that the individual is completing satisfactory progress in the Residency Teacher Certificate program. Form 4050E.
