Data Quality

Decisions informed by data are only as good as the quality of data collected. Data Quality refers to the accuracy, usefulness, and timeliness of a data set. It is supported by policy, professional learning, and infrastructure that make quality data a priority within an organization.

A workgroup, drawing upon the expertise of district, ESD, and OSPI staff, has developed a series of modules you can use to learn more about data quality and your work.

Introduction: What is data quality?
Learn more about the roles and responsibilities related to the submission of quality data, factors affect the collection and reporting of accurate data, and how these relate to school and district decisions.
