Data Coaching Project
Data coaching is one example of how OSPI and the ESDs are working collaboratively to implement sustainable decision-making tools and processes. This project builds a common vocabulary and understanding of what the value-added impact can be to districts/networks using data to make informed decisions in supporting student achievement.
ESD teams are ready to implement the process based on meeting the districts’ needs, with toolkit, protocols, and coaching certification in place.

The District and School Data Team Toolkit
can be used by district and school leaders interested in the development of data
teams at all levels within a district. The tools are presented in the context of
use by the district data team but can readily be adapted for use by
school-level, grade-level, or discipline centered data teams.
